Wow, it's been a reeeeeally long time since I've blogged. I figured it was about time to update everyone on what's been going on around here...

The biggest news is baby Kaytlin Brooke Einfeld, Samantha and Jeremy's baby! She is now 2 weeks old, little tiny, and absolutely adorable with dark brown hair and beautiful blue eyes.

My other niece, Lydian, had her 5th birthday! I can't believe how big she's getting, she is such a little ball of energy and fun, but so sweet and caring. 

Only in Washington do you leave dressed for fall and come back wearing sunglasses...it's that time of year where it's impossible to know what to wear because it's cold, windy, and rainy in the morning and sunshiney (Cuz that word is totally in the dictionary...) in the afternoon.

Everyone's doing well over here at the zoo. Hemingway the guinea pig got a new home with Melissa and Lydian! He loves Lydian as much as she loves him, they make a pretty adorable pair!

I got to house sit for a couple nights last week! It's odd being in a big house alone, but kinda fun too. My dog didn't think so though...

So, there's an update on some of the happenings here at the Clark house. For those of you that follow me on Instagram, you've already seen most of these pics...sorry. Maybe I'll get into the habit of posting more again...no promises though ;)

An afternoon's doodling...

Every once in awhile, I get a bug to just draw something. Even though I'm horrible at it, I still love to do it, when I'm in the mood. My t-shirt, along with some Snapple, was the inspiration for this one, although I had to use my imagination to remember what the body of the minions looks like (I think I got it pretty accurately since I've seen the movies *cough* a couple times...)

I'm a very slow and precise draw-er...person. I went through a lot of eraser to get this end product :P But I had fun! And that's what counts on a lazy summer afternoon, right?

Photo-a-day Phlop

You know those ideas that sounds so good, you just can't resist trying it? And then you get a few weeks into it and you start doing less and less of it till finally...you just quit. Well, that's kinda what happened with my "Photo a day" challenge. I started getting behind and just never got caught up again. Maybe someday I'll actually do it for 30 days :)

But, to make up for my flop I have for you some very, very adorable pictures!! My bestie called me up the other day and said there was a 1 week old foal next door, and knowing the photo junkie I am, asked if I'd like to come take some pics of it. Of course, I couldn't pass up this opportunity. Hope you guys enjoy the pics of the precious little guy and his mama!
